Basic provisions<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1481\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1481\"><p>These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) establish the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person purchasing the goods in the online store www.soliaras.eu (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Buyer\u201d) and \u201cSoliaras.eu\u201d (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Seller\u201d). Rights and obligations of the Seller<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1482\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1482\"><p>The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions by publishing the new Terms and Conditions on the website of the electronic store. The amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions.<\/p><p>The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer an equivalent product or to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 3 working days. Rights and obligations of the Buyer<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1483\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1483\"><p>The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><p>At the time of delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check whether the parcel is not damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise damaged) and whether all the ordered goods have been received. In case the consignment is damaged or certain goods are missing, the consignment shall not be accepted and this shall be noted on the consignment note. Once the Buyer has accepted the goods and signed the consignment note without any comments, the goods are deemed to be in good order (the parcel is delivered in undamaged packaging and corresponds to the quantity and quality of the goods), and no claims can be made later.<\/p><p>The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if indicated when concluding the agreement) and accept the ordered goods.
