These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) establish the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person purchasing the goods in the online store www.soliaras.eu (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”) and “Soliaras.eu” (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”). By purchasing the goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees with the application of these Terms and Conditions.
The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the method of payment and familiarised with these Terms and Conditions, clicks on the “Order” button and shall be valid until full performance of the obligations under the present Agreement.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions by publishing the new Terms and Conditions on the website of the electronic store. The amendments shall take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions.
The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer an equivalent product or to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 3 working days. In this case, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for non-delivery of goods.
The Seller shall have other rights and obligations provided for in the Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
At the time of delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check whether the parcel is not damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise damaged) and whether all the ordered goods have been received. In case the consignment is damaged or certain goods are missing, the consignment shall not be accepted and this shall be noted on the consignment note. Once the Buyer has accepted the goods and signed the consignment note without any comments, the goods are deemed to be in good order (the parcel is delivered in undamaged packaging and corresponds to the quantity and quality of the goods), and no claims can be made later.
The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if indicated when concluding the agreement) and accept the ordered goods. The Buyer shall pay for the goods by methods indicated in the online store: e-banking or by bank transfer to the Seller’s account specified in the Seller’s details.
The Seller shall consider that the Buyer has paid for the goods from the moment when the entire amount is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
If the details provided by the Buyer on the registration form change, the Buyer must immediately update them and notify the Seller.
The Buyer shall have other rights and obligations provided for in the Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
