Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, not later than within one month from the date of the application, provide a reply and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, within one month of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not allow Data Subjects to exercise the rights listed above, with the exception of the refusal to process personal data for direct marketing purposes where, in the cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of work or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or other persons.
