In the event that the goods are of poor quality, the Buyer must inform the www.soliaras.eu website administrators about the quality defects within 48 hours. The Buyer may notify about the goods of defective quality by e-mail: info@soliaras.eu.
The goods are returned in the original packaging of the product and shipment, together with the product documents. Before returning the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: info@soliaras.eu.
The Buyer shall be responsible for the correct completion and packaging of the returned product. If the goods are not complete and/or properly packaged, the Seller shall not accept the returned item. The Seller retrieves the defective product at his own expense and replaces it with a product of satisfactory quality or refunds the money paid for the defective product to the Buyer. The product balance may not be less than 95%.
In the event that the Buyer wishes to receive a refund for returned goods of unsatisfactory quality, the Buyer must submit a request for a refund to info@soliaras.eu. In the refund request, the Buyer must specify: name, surname, order number, name and quantity of the defective goods and the reason for the refund. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer’s bank account from which the goods were paid. The refund shall be made within 3 working days from the date of the Buyer’s written request and the dispatch of the defective quality goods to the Seller.
In all cases of return, the Buyer must first contact the indicated contacts, and only upon receipt of the information from the representative of the store, carry out the return.
